SCENT FREE POLICY

In response to health concerns in staff and patients, SoleScience has adopted a Scent-free policy in all of our facilities. All patients, staff, customers, visitors, and students are asked to refrain from wearing or using scented products. Failure to observe this policy may result in your appointment being re-scheduled.

FEES FOR SERVICE & BILLING:

See appointment descriptions below for fees. Payment is due at the initial assessment for any services rendered, or products ordered. Insurance coverage for our services will vary between insurers and policies. It is the responsibility of the patient, guardian, or caregiver to determine insurance coverage/eligibility. We do not direct bill to any third-party insurers. Patients are required to pay for services and submit for reimbursement. Please note that our services are NOT covered by OHIP.

If you need to book an appointment to pick up orthotics that you have already ordered, please contact us directly. These appointments cannot be booked online.

Kathleen Klement MClSc-WH, C Ped (C)

Kathleen has been with SoleScience since 2010, providing care to patients in Strathroy, Ilderton, Wallaceburg and London. In 2013, Kathleen was the first Pedorthist in Canada to be accepted into and complete Western’s Masters of Clinical Science – Wound Healing program. With the knowledge gained in this program, Kathleen works with our complex patients with diabetes to reduce risk and recurrence of diabetic foot ulcers.

Since 2016, Kathleen as been an Instructor in the Diploma in Pedorthics program, and she also regularly provides educational programming for patient populations in her community.

Kathleen has also had the opportunity to lecture at several national and international conferences across Canada. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys yoga, adventurous cooking and spending time with her family.
